Discovery call

Book a calm, no-pressure discovery call

Fifteen free minutes with our team to talk through what you would like to change — and whether guided hypnotherapy is the right way to get there.

How it works

Three steps, one short call

No calendars to wrestle with, and no commitment at any point.

01

Tell us what you want to change

A short form — what you would like help with and when you are free. It takes about a minute, and nothing is booked yet.

02

We email you some times

Within one working day you will get a few slots to choose from. Pick one that suits, or ask for different times.

03

A 15-minute call

We listen, answer your questions, and tell you honestly whether our programmes are a good fit. No pressure, no sales pitch.

What to expect

What the call is — and isn't

It really is free

No card, no commitment, and no obligation to sign up for anything afterwards.

A conversation, not therapy

The call is about understanding your situation and pointing you in the right direction — the work itself comes later, if you choose it.

Private and confidential

Whatever you share stays between us. We will never pass your details on to anyone else.

Request a call

Tell us a little about you

We'll come back within one working day with a few times that suit.

When suits you? (choose any that work)

Free, no obligation, and never a sales pitch.

Questions

Before you book

How long is the discovery call?

About 15 minutes. Long enough to understand what you are dealing with and answer your questions, short enough to fit into a lunch break.

Do I have to sign up for anything?

No. Plenty of people take the call, go away and think about it, and some decide it is not for them. That is a completely fine outcome.

How do I know if hypnotherapy is right for me?

That is exactly what the call is for. If we do not think it is the right fit, we will say so and suggest what might help instead.

Can I just start with the library instead?

Absolutely. Many members never take a call — they subscribe and work through the guided programmes at their own pace.
